Toronto, le 9 novembre, 2016 - Cameron LaPrairie<\/strong> est le laur\u00e9at 2016 du Prix d\u2019encouragement Tim Sims<\/a> de 2 500$<\/strong>, attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 un dipl\u00f4mant du programme de conservatoire au sein du \u00ab Second City Training Program \u00bb. Le prix lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis samedi soir lors du spectacle \u00ab A Year in Revue - Conservatory Showcase \u00bb de Second City. Le Prix d\u2019encouragement Tim Sims honore un ou une artiste comique prometteurs en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

\"picture<\/p>\n

Cameron LaPrairie pr\u00e9sente des improvisations et des skits comiques \u00e0 Toronto depuis 2012. Il a travaill\u00e9 avec une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de troupes, notamment au Toronto Sketchfest, Montr\u00e9al Fringe et bien d\u2019autres. Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 du programme de conservatoire de Second City et du Programme Longform, il se produit et son \u00e9quipe d'anciens \u00e9tudiants Grim Diesel \u00e0 Toronto, \u00e0 Vancouver et \u00e0 New York.<\/p>\n

Prix d'encouragement Tim Sims<\/strong>
\nLe Fonds d\u2019encouragement Tim Sims<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Lindsay Leese<\/strong> et \u00e9tabli en 1995 pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer l\u2019esprit et la m\u00e9moire de Tim Sims<\/strong>, un artiste comique, \u00e9crivain, directeur et collecteurs de fonds caritatifs reconnu de Toronto. Entre 1996 et 2014, le Fonds a attribu\u00e9 des montants de prix pour un total de 65 000 $ \u00e0 de jeunes artistes comiques en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re lors du spectacle annuel \u00ab Cream of Comedy \u00bb \u00e0 Second City. A partir de 2015, le Prix sera attribu\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 un dipl\u00f4mant du programme \u00ab Comedy Writing and Performance \u00bb \u00e0 Humber College et \u00e0 un dipl\u00f4mant du programme de conservatoire au sein du \u00ab Second City Training Program \u00bb.\n
