Les subventions de production et de d\u00e9veloppement du Fonds Wuchien Michael Than sont disponibles pour le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles \u0153uvres par des dramaturges canadiens d\u2019origine asiatique qui sont soit en phase de production ou en pr\u00e9-production et qui devraient \u00eatre pr\u00eat pour une production publique compl\u00e8te dans une ou deux saisons.<\/p>

\u00ab Nous croyons fermement que notre mission de d\u00e9velopper et d'entretenir le th\u00e9\u00e2tre canadien d'origine asiatique repose sur la cr\u00e9ation et la production de nouvelles \u0153uvres qui r\u00e9sonnent avec les gens et offrent des possibilit\u00e9s pour les membres de la communaut\u00e9 des arts de la sc\u00e8ne canadiens d'origine asiatique \u00e0 la pratique de leur m\u00e9tier \u00bb dit Michael Than<\/strong>, fondateur du Fonds Wuchien Michael Than<\/strong>.<\/p>

Le Fonds Wuchien Michael Than<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli \u00e0 la Fondation des arts de l'Ontario par Michael Than en 2012 et lanc\u00e9 en 2013 pour soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement et la croissance des arts de la sc\u00e8ne au Canada, avec un accent particulier sur les nouvelles \u0153uvres de dramaturges canadiens d'origine asiatique, et le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux talents dans le milieu du th\u00e9\u00e2tre canadien d'origine asiatique.<\/p>

La date limite pour les demandes de subventions de production et de d\u00e9veloppement pour 2015 est le 1er mai 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>

La Fondation des arts de l\u2019Ontario <\/strong><\/b><\/a> (FAO) travaille avec des m\u00e9c\u00e8nes pour renforcer le soutien \u00e0 long terme pour les arts en Ontario. \u00c9tablie \u00e0 titre de fondation publique en 1991, la Fondation administre plus de 300 fonds de dotation \u00e9tablis par des donneurs individuels, des fondations priv\u00e9es, des entreprises et des organismes artistiques. Elle verse plus de 2,8 millions de dollars par ann\u00e9e en soutien au secteur des arts en Ontario.<\/p>
