Le programme encourage les donneurs \u00e0 contribuer aux fonds de dotations soutenant des organismes artistiques professionnels.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Le volet Incitatifs aux fonds de dotations du Fonds du Canada pour l\u2019investissement en culture de Patrimoine Canada est un programme du D\u00e9partement du patrimoine canadien qui accorde des fonds de contrepartie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un dollar pour chaque dollar venant de donneurs priv\u00e9s afin de cr\u00e9er un fonds de dotation, ou de contribuer \u00e0 un fonds existant. Les organismes artistiques qui ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des demandes conjointes avec la fondation des arts de l\u2019Ontario depuis le d\u00e9but du programme en 2002 ont re\u00e7u 5 millions de dollars en subventions de contrepartie. (Photo : Kate Yuksel)<\/figcaption><\/figure><p><br \/><em><b>\u00a0<\/em><em><b><\/em><\/p><p><strong><span class=\"blue\">Les avantages d\u2019une demande pour des fonds de contrepartie sont clairs :<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\">Un don ou un l\u00e8gue de la part de donneurs peut \u00eatre quasiment doubl\u00e9, un don initial de 50 000 dollars devient 90 900 dollars en capital permanent une fois la contrepartie appliqu\u00e9e (<em>bas\u00e9 sur le taux de contrepartie de 2011 de 82 cents pour chaque dollar<\/em>)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span class=\"plain_grey\">Le revenu est \u00e0 long terme et sans restriction, permettant \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de d\u00e9terminer la meilleure mani\u00e8re de l\u2019utiliser pour ses besoins de fonctionnement.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span class=\"plain_grey\">Le mod\u00e8le des contreparties offre \u00e0 tous les donneurs, y compris ceux avec des moyens modestes, la satisfaction de savoir que leurs dons sont optimis\u00e9s pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice \u00e0 long terme des organismes artistiques importants pour eux.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">En 2011, le volet Incitatifs aux fonds de dotations a vers\u00e9 plus de 18 millions de dollars en fonds de contrepartie aux organismes artistiques \u00e0 travers le Canada. Cela refl\u00e8te fortement la solidit\u00e9 des partenariats priv\u00e9\/public en soutien aux arts.
