Elle d\u00e9tient une ma\u00eetrise en mise en sc\u00e8ne de l'Universit\u00e9 York et a dirig\u00e9 \/ dramatis\u00e9 des dizaines d'ateliers pour de nouvelles pi\u00e8ces. C'\u00e9tait une visionnaire qui d\u00e9sirait ardemment se forger une nouvelle voie en tant qu'artiste dans ce pays. Parfois, lorsque nous choisissons - ou plut\u00f4t sommes guid\u00e9s par cette force cr\u00e9atrice invisible en nous \u2013 d'explorer un nouveau terrain, le chemin peut \u00eatre intimidant. Une actrice pour plus de vingt ans, Mme Wilkinson a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 tourner son attention vers l'\u00e9criture et la mise en sc\u00e8ne et, dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de sa trop courte vie, elle s'est \u00e9tablie comme une collaboratrice et metteur en sc\u00e8ne pleine d\u2019audace, forte et inventive dans le milieu du th\u00e9\u00e2tre canadien.
