Comprendre la \u00ab psychologie d\u2019un donneur \u00bb peut vous aider \u00e0 communiquer et \u00e0 interagir avec vos supporteurs de mani\u00e8re plus productive et plus enrichissante - au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des deux parties.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Une des raisons pour lesquelles beaucoup de personnes appuient votre organisme est qu'elles croient en sa mission. La majorit\u00e9 des donneurs donnent sur la base de leurs valeurs personnelles. Pour certains, leur d\u00e9cision de fournir un soutien financier est motiv\u00e9e par des d\u00e9cisions de planification li\u00e9es \u00e0 la fiscalit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la succession.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Les raisons individuelles des donneurs pour donner influenceront votre conversation avec eux dans la fa\u00e7on dont vous positionnez la \u00ab demande \u00bb, et la fa\u00e7on dont vous construisez une relation durable avec eux.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Plus de 90% des donneurs donnent parce qu'ils croient en votre mission et votre cause, vos programmes et votre travail dans votre communaut\u00e9.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"blue\"><strong><em>Pourquoi les donneurs donnent-ils ?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">1. Ils comprennent la vision de votre organisme. Votre r\u00f4le en tant qu'administrateurs artistiques et artistes est de partager votre vision et votre passion avec vos m\u00e9c\u00e8nes. Soyez ouvert et communiquez-les.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">2. Les donneurs veulent avoir un impact positif. Plus de 90% des donneurs donnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l'endroit o\u00f9 ils ont l\u2019impression que leur don pourra faire une diff\u00e9rence, que le don soit de 100 $ ou 10 000 $.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">3. Ils voient comment leur don peut avoir un impact. La communication de l'impact social plus large et positif de vos programmes est importante pour encourager les donneurs \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l'impact de leur don. Diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations donnent diff\u00e9remment. Les donneurs se sentent comme faisant partie de votre organisme. Votre r\u00f4le est de connecter l'individu avec votre organisme de diverses mani\u00e8res : par une invitation \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sp\u00e9cial ou une note personnelle de remerciements. Leurs dons sont particuli\u00e8rement personnels et justifient une r\u00e9ponse personnelle avec un appel, une lettre personnalis\u00e9e ou une invitation \u00e0 visiter. (Les lettres manuscrites sont particuli\u00e8rement efficaces chaque fois que cela est possible).<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">6. Ils peuvent agir sur une impulsion. Les bons souvenirs et les conversations et \u00e9v\u00e9nements inattendus ont souvent un effet \u00e9motionnel, d\u00e9clenchant un don.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Votre r\u00f4le consiste \u00e0 accro\u00eetre le profil et l'impact \u00e9motionnel de votre mission, programme ou activit\u00e9 susceptible de d\u00e9clencher une r\u00e9ponse positive des donneurs existants et potentiels.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"blue\"><em><strong>Reconnaissance des donneurs<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Il existe deux types de donneurs : ceux qui expriment silencieusement leur soutien sans attendre une reconnaissance sp\u00e9ciale et ceux qui s'attendent (et demandent) \u00e0 \u00eatre reconnus publiquement pour leur don. Vous avez tendance \u00e0 connaitre et \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir les donneurs qui souhaitent \u00eatre reconnus en faisant appara\u00eetre leurs noms dans les programmes et les rapports annuels. Les donateurs font souvent des dons plus importants dans l'attente d'une opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9nomination et cela peut constituer un facteur important qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision de dons plus importants.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Votre r\u00f4le consiste \u00e9galement \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s de reconnaissance des donneurs sous la forme d'opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9nomination, de visites des coulisses et de r\u00e9ceptions pr\u00e9-\u00e9v\u00e9nementielles. N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 demander \u00e0 vos donneurs comment ils souhaitent que leur don soit reconnu.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Les d\u00e9cisions de dons sont souvent faites conjointement dans les m\u00e9nages mari\u00e9s ou concubins. (Par exemple, les femmes participent \u00e0 90 % des d\u00e9cisions philanthropiques prises par les couples riches). Les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles deviennent souvent des donneurs. Il est donc important de favoriser les relations avec les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et de reconna\u00eetre l'engagement des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, ce qui conduit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 des dons financiers. La d\u00e9cision qu'ils ont prise de faire un don plus important suit souvent leur consultation avec leurs conseillers, ce qui est souvent la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape dans le processus des dons.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Voici trois strat\u00e9gies finales \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer :<\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022 Ecoutez vos donneurs : demandez-leur ce qui les motive \u00e0 donner et soyez pr\u00eat \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter des options de don \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer afin de les aider \u00e0 maintenir leur \u00abdynamique de don\u00bb<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022 Rappelez vous de leur anniversaire : Dans le cadre de leur remerciement pour leur soutien, envoyez vos souhaits d'anniversaire. Cela approfondira votre relation dans le temps (et l'\u00e9tendre potentiellement \u00e0 la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration).<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022 Faites leur plaisir : remerciez-les toujours, \u00e9coutez attentivement leurs id\u00e9es et leurs pr\u00e9occupations et r\u00e9pondez en temps opportun.<\/p><p><span class=\"plain_grey\">Bien que les donneurs donnent \u00e0 votre organisme, leur perception initiale et continue de vous d\u00e9termine \u00e9galement l'importance de leur soutien et de leur implication \u00e0 long terme avec votre organisme.
