La Fondation des arts de l'Ontario<\/strong> (FAO) et la Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts<\/strong> (TAPA) ont le plaisir d'annoncer le lancement de la Subvention d'innovation et de durabilit\u00e9 Ray Ferris, en reconnaissance d'avanc\u00e9es dans la sc\u00e9nographie de th\u00e9\u00e2tre et la viabilit\u00e9 environnementale dans le th\u00e9\u00e2tre vivant.<\/p>

\"Ray<\/p>

Les compagnies de th\u00e9\u00e2tre bas\u00e9es \u00e0 Toronto sont \u00e9ligibles pour postuler \u00e0 cette subvention annuelle d'un montant de 25 000 dollars en d\u00e9montrant comment une subvention contribuerait \u00e0 avancer la sc\u00e9nographie d'une production \u00e0 venir. Les avanc\u00e9es envisag\u00e9es peuvent inclure, mais sans s'y limiter, la cr\u00e9ation de m\u00e9thodes uniques pour pr\u00e9senter un r\u00e9cit dans le th\u00e9\u00e2tre vivant ; le d\u00e9veloppement de processus nouveaux et durables dans la construction et la mise en sc\u00e8ne d'une production th\u00e9\u00e2trale vivant ; et transformer des espaces non traditionnels ou sous-utilis\u00e9s en salles de spectacle.<\/p>

Processus de demande et de s\u00e9lection<\/strong>
La Fondation des arts de l'Ontario g\u00e8re le fonds de dotation qui finance cette subvention. La Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts est responsable pour le processus de s\u00e9lection et r\u00e9unira un jury pour examiner les demandes et d\u00e9lib\u00e9rer.<\/p>

A propos du projet<\/strong>

\u00ab Ghost Walk \/ Earth Dance \u00bb<\/strong> est un projet th\u00e9\u00e2tral autonome en ext\u00e9rieur sue plusieurs ann\u00e9es, qui m\u00eale militantisme \u00e9cologique, marionnettes g\u00e9antes, projections illusionnistes et ateliers communautaires au parc Dufferin Grove. La compagnie Clay and Paper Theatre d\u00e9veloppe une infrastructure sc\u00e9nique enti\u00e8rement aliment\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9nergie solaire et renouvelable qui comprend des panneaux portables, des batteries rechargeables et un syst\u00e8me de projection vid\u00e9o mobile, afin d'\u00e9liminer d\u00e9finitivement les batteries jetables de sa pratique. Construite \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux de provenance locale et rapidement renouvelables comme l\u2019osier et la p\u00e2te de bl\u00e9, la production explore la perte environnementale et la biodiversit\u00e9 en mettant en sc\u00e8ne des marionnettes g\u00e9antes et lumineuses en forme d'animaux en tant que t\u00e9moins.<\/p>

\u00ab Ghost Walk \/ Earth Dance \u00bb comprends une s\u00e9rie d\u2019ateliers communautaires en milieu d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026 et culmine avec six performances en aout, ainsi qu\u2019un remontage et une tourn\u00e9e en 2027.<\/p>
